How to Submit Feedback

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the title bar
  2. Select Give Feedback
  3. Describe the bug or feature request
  4. Submit

That is it. No account required. No form to fill in.

What to Include

For bugs:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Whether it is reproducible

For feature requests:

  • What you want to achieve
  • Why the current behaviour does not cover it

The more specific you are, the faster we can act on it.

Diagnostic Logs

If you are reporting a crash or a silent failure, attaching a diagnostic bundle helps significantly.

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯)
  2. Select Install Diagnostic
  3. Attach the output to your feedback

The diagnostic includes application logs from %APPDATA%\Roaming\zerosphere-nightly\logs\zerosphere-runtime.log. It contains no code or file contents - only runtime events.
