ZeroSphere collects a minimal set of anonymous usage data to understand how the product is performing. This page explains exactly what is collected and what is not.

What We Collect

We collect anonymous usage patterns to improve product stability and reliability:

• Tool failures: which built-in agent tools fail and how often
• Editor crashes: crash reports with stack traces, with no user data attached
• Feature usage patterns: documenting which features are used rather than how they are used
• Session events: start/stop signals to measure retention and performance

All collected data is anonymous. No user identifiers, no account data.

What We Do Not Collect

• Your code, files, or project contents
• Conversation messages or AI responses
• API keys or credentials
• Workspace paths or file names
• Screenshots or virtual display content
• Any personally identifiable information

Your code never leaves your machine via ZeroSphere. Requests to AI providers go directly from your machine to the provider so we are not in that path.

Telemetry Control

You can disable telemetry at any time in Settings > Product Telemetry. Toggle it off, and the change takes effect immediately.

When telemetry is disabled, no data is sent from ZeroSphere to our servers.

Your AI Provider

When you send a message, your code and conversation are sent to your chosen AI model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) according to their terms and privacy policy. ZeroSphere does not intermediate this request. Review your provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
