Using ZeroSphere means you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it. Simple.
You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZeroSphere for personal or commercial development. You don't own the software. You are licensed to use it.
ZeroSphere is in early access. It's provided as-is. Features will change. Things will break. We're building in public and we're honest about that. Don't depend on uptime guarantees that don't exist yet.
You bring your own API keys. You're responsible for their use through ZeroSphere. We never see them, store them, or touch them, but you're still accountable for what gets called on your behalf.
Don't use ZeroSphere for anything illegal, harmful, or designed to damage others. You're responsible for everything that happens through your account.
ZeroSphere's code, design, and content belong to Vinayak Verma. Your code belongs to you. Always.
We can suspend access for ToS violations without prior notice. You can stop using it whenever you want without lock-in.
We're in preview. We're not liable for damages arising from use of early-access software. Use good judgment.
