Get help

Most problems have a useful next step. Start with the part of ZeroSphere that matches what is not working.

A model is unavailable

Open Settings, then Configuration. Check that the provider key is configured, then give ZeroSphere a moment to restart its local agent service.

If you use a custom OpenRouter model, check that the model code is correct and still available from OpenRouter.

The agent is waiting

Look for an approval card in the chat. The agent may be waiting for permission to run a command, access a file, open an app, use a connected tool, or create a screen.

Approve the action once, deny it, or change the relevant setting in App Use or Environment.

A virtual screen is unavailable

Open Settings, then App Use. Check the virtual screen status. Choose Set up if it has not been prepared, or enable it if it is disabled.

Windows may ask you to confirm the setup.

A window is in the wrong place

We recommend keeping ZeroSphere up and running in the background. It keeps an eye on your virtual displays and helps make sure a window does not get stuck on one.

If you would rather turn ZeroSphere off, that is completely fine too. If a window does not come back after you click its app icon, open ZeroSphere again. It will bring the window back to your main display for you.

If it still does not come back, ask the AI to restore the app on your primary display. You can also click the app icon and press Super plus Shift plus the Right Arrow or Left Arrow key two or three times to move it back.

A task needs to stop

Use the stop control in the chat to stop an active response. If ZeroSphere is controlling your real desktop, press physical Shift plus Escape.

Still need help

Use the support route on the ZeroSphere website. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and any message you saw. Avoid sending provider keys or other secrets.
